Pre-Kindergarten

At UT Elementary, the pre-kindergarten class is a full school day taught by Marcia Molinar. She is assisted by Janie Murillo and Barbara Venson. The purpose of pre-kindergarten is to prepare young children for school, with a focus on a learning environment, activities, and social relationships. UT Elementary’s pre-kindergarten class has been recognized by the state of Texas for its outstanding demonstration of the Texas Early Education Model.
