Programmatic Support

UT Elementary School is deeply grateful to the following individuals, foundations and businesses who have supported us thus far this school year for specific programs or events. Without their generosity, many of our special programs that reinforce instruction inside and outside the classroom would not be possible.
  • Klein Foundation: supports professional development for teachers, classroom supplies, field trips, books, and musical enrichment.
  • State Farm: supports service learning and professional development for teachers
  • Adam and Mary Frain Criaco: support learning opportunities for the second-grade class to visit the San Antonio Zoo every year through a generous endowment
  • Keith and Alice Maxie: support the music program through the Ira and Muriel Maxie Endowment
  • The Buena Vista Foundation supports programming and training for teachers in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL).
  • University Federal Credit Union invests in our Healthy Families Initiative programming.
  • University Co-Op: provides two Longhorn uniforms and a holiday gift to each student every year
  • The T.C. Lupton, Jr. Foundation:  supports learning opportunities through field trips for our fifth-grade class, including Outdoor School and Port Aransas Marine Science Institute, as well as special opportunities for fifth-grade gifted and talented students.
  • The West Austin Youth Association: sponsors field trips and our fifth-grade completion ceremony and banquet
