Faculty and Staff

UT Elementary School is a community of learners. All teaching staff are certified elementary educators, and most have additional certifications in bilingual education, gifted and talented education, early childhood education, and other specialty areas. Our professional teaching staff has an average of 14 years teaching experience. Ongoing professional development for our staff is a top priority.

The professional freedom that comes from being a charter school allows for tremendous teacher input into curriculum, programs, and the development of the school’s education plan. Using a diagnostic prescriptive approach, teachers work collaboratively to craft individualized learning plans for each student to ensure their success.
